Tom is regularly instructed on behalf of Claimants and Defendants. He has particular experience in claims arising from accidents at work and has appeared at inquests arising from fatal road traffic accidents. He is also regularly instructed in PI claims involving arguments about credit hire charges and has experience of advising in cases involving accidents abroad. Examples of recent PI cases include:

• Appearing for the Claimant in a high end fast track trial involving an accident caused by spilt hydraulic fluid.
  
• Advising Dorset Police in relation to a tripping accident inside a cell block.
  
• Appearing for the Claimant in a CFA case involving an accident at work arising from negligent training and an unsafe system of work.
