Robert Courts has a common law practice principally in the areas of criminal law and personal injury. He also has an interest in commercial and contract work.

He is a member of the Western Circuit, the Personal Injury Bar Association and the Criminal Bar Association.

Robert has a general common law practice, which up to now has been principally in the fields of criminal and personal injury law. He also undertakes Contract, Commercial and Public and Regulatory law, especially Animal Welfare, Aviation, Police and Proceeds of Crime Law.

Robert's practice takes him all over the South of England and parts further afield, when called upon. His legal interests are as diverse as the courts he attends.

Robert has recently returned from a Pegasus Scholarship in Wellington, New Zealand, where he worked for Crown Law Office, the Legal Advisors to the New Zealand Government.
