Paul practises across all aspects of construction litigation and ADR, from smaller domestic building contracts to major developments utilizing standard form contracts. He acts for employers, main contractors and sub-contractors and, in appropriate cases, Paul will accept Direct Access instruction from professional clients.

He has dealt with a wide range of disputes involving delay, defective work, design defects and modifications and professional negligence.

He accepts instruction in adjudication and related enforcement proceedings.
