Natalie is regularly instructed to appear in fast track and multi-track matters involving personal injury caused by:-
In particular, Natalie has extensive knowledge of the Local Authority’s statutory duties under s.41 Highways Act 1980 to maintain the highway, and the statutory defence.
Natalie is also instructed to draft pleadings and provide written advice on issues of liability, quantum and procedure.
Natalie is also instructed to appear in MOJ stage 3 hearings.
Natalie is instructed in matters involving allegations of phantom passenger, staged accidents and LVI.
Natalie regularly advises upon liability, quantum and procedure in infant claims. Natalie is also frequently instructed to attend settlement hearings.
Natalie also has extensive experience of dealing with matters involving protected parties, and provides written advice on issues of liability, quantum and procedure. Natalie is also regularly instructed to appear in settlement hearings involving protected parties.
