Naomi’s commercial practise encompasses the following areas:
Having achieved the highest First Class Honours of her year in this subject, Naomi has a keen interest in matters relating to “conflict of laws”, involving questions of multiple-jurisdiction and choice of law. During 2010 Naomi has advised a global shipping company on issues relating to damaged cargo where a contract was concluded in the UK, the company domiciled in the US, the accident occurring in Scotland and the cargo travelling between Scotland and the Far East.
Naomi has vast experience of credit hire cases and is fully abreast of new developments in this rapidly changing area of law. She has acted for both Claimants and Defendants.

Naomi was involved in interpleader proceedings in the High Court relating to the ownership of a barge on the River Thames.
Naomi is often instructed in the above matters where she has acted for both creditors and debtors. She has also appeared in matters relating to statutory demands and the setting aside of the same.
