Michael Tomlinson is regularly instructed to advise and act in a range of work that is encompassed within the Property and Chancery Group.
In particular, Michael works in the following areas:
Michael has a broad and busy property related practice. He is frequently instructed to attend mediations, especially in cases involving trespass to land and neighbour disputes.
Michael’s Landlord & Tenant work includes representing local authorities, social housing landlords and individuals in a range of cases, from straightforward possession hearings and applications for forfeiture to succession claims and applications for anti-social behaviour injunctions.
Michael is a member of the Property Bar Association.
