Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence

Karen Moss’ personal injury work consists mainly of fast track cases and her work is split approximately 50/50 between Claimant and Defendant representation. This has included claims arising from employer’s liability, occupier’s liability, holidays and claims arising from The Package Travel, Package Holidays & Package Tours Regulations 1992, “stress at work” and road traffic accidents in small, fast and multi-track litigation.

Conditional fee arrangements are entered into in appropriate cases.

She gives lectures on personal injury law to solicitors and other professionals.
