Family

Gemma specialises in family law. She has experience in the High Court, County Courts and Family Proceedings Courts.

She accepts instructions from all parties in financial, private child and public law proceedings, and in applications under the Family Law Act 1996.

She provides written advice, and represents clients in negotiations and court hearings at all stages of proceedings, including multi-day fact finding and final hearings.
