Caroline regularly acts for both Claimants and Defendants in fast track trials and disposal hearings, including road traffic accident and slip and trip claims.

She also has extensive experience of interlocutory hearings, including:

• Allocation hearings
• Fast- and multi-track case management/direction hearings - addressing matters such as the necessity and nature of expert evidence at trial
• Strike out applications
• Other procedural applications under the Civil Procedure Rules.

Under the tutelage of Cyrus Katrak, as a pupil Caroline observed many high quantum cases and is aware of the need to scrutinise expert evidence in relation to questions of causation, in addition to the importance of timely Part 36 offers and other tactical case-management decisions.
