Andrew’s practice involves all types of claims including RTA, workplace, occupiers and public liability on both the fast and multi-track. Andrew has a particular interest in motorbike and bicycle claims and has good experience of claims involving low velocity impact and the making and defending of allegations of fraud. He has lectured on low velocity impact, fraud and chronic pain.
Andrew is chair of a law centre in the North West. Prior to coming to the Bar he ran the law centre’s employment cases at tribunal. He also spent eight months working in an international legal tribunal in West Africa. Andrew was legal assistant to Lord Justice Maurice Kay during the early part of 2008.
Andrew has also acted in numerous actions involving credit hire, the MIB and the Coroner’s Court. Andrew has acted in inquests. He has also appeared before the CICA.
Andrew is a member of PIBA.
