Business & Commercial Law

Andrew’s commercial work includes general contract, consumer credit and mortgage possession.

Education law is of particular interest to Andrew. He has a depth of personal experience in this area including advocacy for students, parents and teachers in cases involving educational establishments.

Prior to coming to the bar Andrew worked with the University of Manchester and UMIST as part of the project which merged the two institutions. He was also the general secretary of the University of Manchester students’ union. He was also a governor at a school in North Manchester for 5 years.
