Crime

Anarkali defends and prosecutes in the Crown and Magistrates' Courts. She has represented the CPS and other statutory prosecution bodies, advising and representing at preliminary hearings and trials.

She is used to advising and appearing on behalf of defendents at all stages: she is therefore familiar with all sentencing options, the youth court, special measures, SNCA submissions, Newton hearings and defendants with mental health issues and/or special needs.
