Members of the Chancery and Property Group offer expertise in all aspects of housing law including possession proceedings, disrepair, unlawful eviction, homelessness appeals and anti-social behaviour.

Members regularly act for both tenants and landlords (private, local authority and RSL) and can draw on Chambers’ considerable expertise in the related areas of landlord and tenant, real property and public and regulatory law.
